How to Succeed

The single most important factor in restoring your health and wellness will be your individual desire and effort. How important is it to you to be at your optimum state of health? What are you willing to do to attain this “wellness”? How will you know when you have arrived? If you decided to become truly healthy, when do you think would be the best time to start?

You have to be able to see your own obstacles to health. What habits do you have that you know make you feel bad? Do you let money be a barrier to getting the testing that you need to define the corrective actions you should take? Do you refuse to discipline yourself to take needed supplement, eat properly, or exercise regularly?

One thing is for sure, if you do not change your current habits, you will not change one bit. Only 10% of people have the discipline to do what they know needs to be done. So, the first question is, “ Are you one of the 10% who can change when they need to or are you one of the 90% who are prisoners of their current life patterns?”

If you are one of the 10%, have at it! Do the appropriate testing, find out what the data says, and make your changes. Start today! It is our experience that, when individuals do what their chemistries tell them to do, 70-80% experience a significant and appreciable improvement in their health and well-being.

If you are one of the 90%, do not despair. Set your goals and then get some data to begin with. You can learn what stops you from success and how to correct the problems. However, your desire to be well has to be greater than your fear of change.
